The gloss paint revealing the full leg of the statue depending on the light is a very cool effect that simply did not come across in the snapshot on the web page. If I had the money I would love to have the whole set, but the three I got (crash, swan and polar bear) plus Jacob&#39;s Cabin and the toed statue are the ones I really want. One thing is, today in our current time not much can be new. Just about everything creative that can be done, has been done already, and much of what we do is reflections of what&#39;s come previously. Even King Solomon said, &quot;...there is nothing new under the sun...&quot; way back then! So it is sometimes difficult to have an absolutely original idea, without standing on the shoulders of giants, as the saying goes. Or to springboard off of an idea by inspiration. Because of my particular artistic training, I was always terrified of stepping onto any other artist&#39;s ideas, even remotely.
